Profile

Sara Bicard received her training and experience in behavior analysis at The Ohio State University. Prior to coming to the University of Memphis she was an Assistant Professor at Mercy College in New York. She was also an inclusion teacher at Petal Middle School in Mississippi and a Behavior Analyst for Broward County Department of Children and Family Services in Florida. She has published in Reading and Writing Quarterly and Journal of Direct Instruction. Her research interests include reading instruction and active student responding. She is the Project Director of the West Tennessee Positive Behavior Support Initiative and RISE Project. She has been a BCBA since 2001.
